Who we are
The data controller for this website is Found On Search. You can contact us at enquiries@asbestossurveynow.co.uk. This notice covers this website only. It does not cover the websites, forms or privacy practices of any surveying company you deal with after we pass on your request.
What we collect and why
To request a quote you give your name, email address, postcode or town, property type, survey type and timeframe. A phone number and a message are optional. We use these to deal with your request and, with your consent, to pass it to independent asbestos surveying companies.
We also record which page and form position you used, to see which pages help visitors. That is for our own improvement and is not passed on. Form submissions are received through Netlify, our hosting provider, and may be processed outside the UK.
Lawful basis and retention
Our lawful basis for passing your details to surveying companies is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We keep enquiries only as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with your request, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to see, correct or erase the information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email enquiries@asbestossurveynow.co.uk and we will reply within the legal time limit. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
