About Asbestos Survey Now
Asbestos Survey Now is a referral service, not a surveying company. We pass enquiries to independent asbestos surveying companies across the UK. We do not carry out surveys, we are not connected with HSE, HSENI or any government body, and we do not guarantee that any company will respond.
How this site works
Asbestos Survey Now is a referral service. You describe the property and the survey you think you need. With your consent, we pass the request to independent asbestos surveying companies covering your area, and they contact you with quotes. Whether to go ahead is your decision.
We do not carry out asbestos surveys and we do not employ the surveyors who respond.
Independence
Each surveying company is an independent business. None works for this site or trades under its name. We do not inspect their work or vouch for their qualifications, so put questions about competence, insurance and the survey type to them directly before you commit.
HSE's guidance for dutyholders includes advice on selecting a competent surveyor. See HSE, Arrange an asbestos survey, accessed 2 November 2026.
No government connection
This site is not HSE, HSENI, UKHSA or any government body, and has no link with them. Their names appear only as the source of guidance or data. The legal duties described apply whether or not you use this site.
How we source our figures
Each figure comes from a public source that we name, with the date we accessed it. Prices are published guides from 12 UK sources, not quotes. Where a figure is not available, or a legal point cannot be confirmed from HSE or HSENI guidance, the page says so plainly.
Every source used is named on the page where it appears. Legal points are drawn from HSE and HSENI guidance. We review the pages periodically; the last review was November 2026.
